Welcome to iEarths digital learning forum on the 20th of april at 13:15-14:00.

Catherine Bovill is Professor of Student Engagement in Higher Education at the Institute for Academic Development (IAD), University of Edinburgh. On the 20th of april at 13:15 Cathy will have a presentation at iEarths Digital Learning Forum (DLF).

There is a solid evidence base that the relationship between faculty and students in universities is a key factor in students’ success. In this research we studied successful positive student-faculty relationships and considered which factors seem to be particularly important in forming and maintaining these positive relationships. I will share the findings, which suggest that those teaching in universities may need to pay more attention to relationships as a key component of enhancing student outcomes and experiences.

Please join us at your department or on zoom. Contact thomas.thuesen@uib.no or iearth@uib.no to get an invitation.
