From 15th-17th of June 2022, Iver Martens, Bjarte Hannisdal and Dario Blumenschein presented at the European Conference of the Scholarship of Teaching (EuroSoTL). This years conference was hosted by the Manchester Metropolitan University in Manchester. EuroSoTL 2022 focused on building communities for teaching and learning with the aim of further developing participants' teaching communities during the conference.

Iver Martens presented his paper titled "Internships in academia - challenges and opportunities for practical orientation in disciplinary and multidisciplinary study programs in higher education", together with co-author Bjørn Petter Finstad from UiT, The Arctic University of Norway. The topic of internship has shown to be highly relevant in higher education with the importance to recognize and discuss both opportunities and challenges stemming from the increasingly visible role of industry education.

Dario and Bjarte presented their new digital framework under a title "Towards collaborative educational development: A new framework for curriculum co-creation." and were later approached by attendees from several other institutions, who showed great interest in the Focus Area 1 project and the new framework for curriculum development. They were later invited to present the project at the Centre for Educational Development at Aarhus University on Sept. 1st. Subsequently, they have been invited to present their work in more detail at the webinar on curriculum mapping hosted by the Danish Network for Educational Development in Higher Education, on November 16th this year.
